McLane Company is transforming how supply chain planning is executed across the enterprise. We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive innovation and delivery across advanced planning platforms, with a strong focus on o9 Solutions, data-driven workflows, and integrated planning ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and data-owning product strategy and execution for solutions that directly impact forecasting, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX. What You'll Do: • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features aligned to business value and roadmap goals. • Lead delivery in an Agile environment, partnering closely with engineering, data, and integration teams. • Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications. • Drive enhancements across supply chain planning systems. (demand, supply, IBP processes) • Support and optimize end-to-end planning workflows across ERP, WMS, and upstream/downstream systems. • Collaborate on data models, APIs, and integration patterns to ensure seamless system connectivity. • Use SQL or data query tools to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making. • Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful adoption and value realization. What We're Looking For: • Proven experience as a Product Owner / Solutions Manager in Agile delivery environments. • Experience with advanced planning platforms. (o9 Solutions strongly preferred) • Strong understanding of data models, integrations, and enterprise planning workflows. • Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations. • Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for analysis and validation. • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations or transformations. • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. • Supply chain domain experience (forecasting, replenishment, inventory) is a plus. • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
