Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager II will own a product or multiple product features within a complex product, as well as lead product domain strategy and program execution. He/she will represent product domain(s) to peers, managers and executives across the company and to external audiences and will be seen as a central point for customer understanding. He/she will work closely with the delivery team in prioritizing new features and responding to customer issues/feedback. This individual will actively mentor and informally lead cross-functional team members and interview and recruit new PM candidates.

Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle
• Develops clear go to market launch plans through coordinated development with external customer facing teams such as marketing and sales.
• Drafts PR, marketing and sales collateral.
• Develops or supports pricing strategy, if applicable.
• Is independently accountable for portions of launch and strategy execution as assigned.
• Drives process and external communication for products that will be sunsetted, including plan for migrating customers.
• Supports and participates in business strategic planning, contributing to sales and business development strategy.

• Has a thorough understanding of the broader product experience and uses this knowledge to develop comprehensive prototypes.
• Drives key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release.

Experience (US Only) and Education
Suggested Minimum Years of PM Experience: 8-10 years
Critical Experiences:
• Long-term ownership and success in leading product lifecycle strategy and planning, including the release of multiple products and features.
• Development of deep customer relationships that drive meaningful dialogue about the future direction of a product.
Education to Qualify: Masters degree in technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is strongly preferred, but not essential.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
