About the Role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager, PARP Strategy will drive the strategic initiatives that enable PARP to achieve its growth targets. This role owns the customer-facing growth levers (eligibility, discoverability, conversion, and retention) and can also encompass strategic initiatives related to network expansion and new delivery models that increase PARP's reach and adoption. You will lead some of the largest and most visible initiatives across the organization, working with Country PARP teams, regional Ops teams, Amazon Logistics (AMZL), science, technology, product, UX, engineering, and central support teams to develop and execute strategies that accelerate the business flywheel.
The individual will identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive execution across the full customer adoption journey. This includes defining what we build, how customers experience it, and how we scale it globally. The role requires authoring and driving high-stakes documents at VP/SVP levels to shape investment decisions and strategic direction for PARP.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
