Full Job Description
TPA is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for Trust and Privacy Tooling - the internal tools and platforms that enable trust by design reviews, incident management, and privacy compliance workflows at scale. This role will define and deliver innovative tooling solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and empower our builders and stakeholders to meet their trust obligations.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, has a passion for building products that drive operational excellence, and can translate complex trust and privacy requirements into intuitive, scalable tools.

Key job responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Trust and Privacy Tooling, from vision and strategy through delivery and iteration

- Define and drive the product roadmap for internal tools supporting trust by design reviews, incident management, and privacy compliance workflows

- Partner with engineering, UX, and operational stakeholders to translate trust requirements into actionable product and engineering deliverables

- Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI and automation to enhance tooling workflows, improve builder productivity, and scale trust operations

- Gather and synthesize requirements from cross-functional teams including Legal, Incident Management, Trust Engineering, Policy, and Trust by Design

- Define success metrics, track adoption, and continuously improve tooling based on data-driven insights and user feedback

- Influence senior leadership through compelling product narratives, data-driven recommendations, and clear prioritization frameworks

- Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs), working backwards documents, and hero use cases

A day in the life

You'll start your day reviewing tooling adoption metrics and builder feedback to identify friction points. You'll partner with engineering to refine requirements, prioritize the backlog, and make tradeoff decisions balancing usability, scalability, and compliance. Throughout the week, you'll connect with trust reviewers, incident responders, and privacy engineers to validate that what you're building removes obstacles. You'll explore how generative AI can automate repetitive review tasks and craft narratives that influence leadership on investment priorities. Every day is anchored in one mission: building tools that make trust operations faster, smarter, and more scalable.
