Full Job Description
Reports to: Head of Product
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
Hours: Full-time
Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000

About This Role

We've built a product our customers can't imagine living without, and our business is growing rapidly. Now we're at an inflection point: we're evolving from a product with strong market fit into something more ambitious - the operating system for conversation performance. That transformation means investing in product leadership.

We're looking for a PM who can bring product intuition, UX judgment, and AI-powered execution together. This is a role for someone who thrives moving fast with a small, focused team. You'll own products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout, and you'll be expected to close the gap between insight and shipped product faster than most. If you have strong design sensibility, a genuine AI-native working style, and you're energized by having a lot of ownership while staying in the details, this might be a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Be responsible for every aspect of your products, from concept to go-to-market and post-launch iteration
  • Go deep with users and customers to understand their needs - spoken and unspoken - and translate that understanding into clear decisions about what to build and why
  • Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, and others) to prototype concepts, stress-test ideas, and close the gap between your thinking and what engineering needs to build
  • Form strong UX opinions and advocate for them - you'll often be the primary design voice in the room
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and beyond, and work with engineering and AI/ML partners to craft and deliver products that solve real problems and delight users
  • Prioritize ruthlessly by understanding and communicating the costs and benefits of each choice
  • Throughout everything you do, deliver solutions that are aligned with our values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation, and Inclusion

You Might Be a Great Fit If...
  • You have at least 5 years of experience building beloved consumer products and/or taken those same sensibilities to build B2B software that users love and can't imagine living without
  • You've used AI coding and prototyping tools to build things yourself - not as a demo, but as part of how you actually work
  • You have strong enough UX instincts that you can give crisp, actionable direction on interaction design and hold a high bar for craft, even without a designer in the room
  • You love to go deep with users and customers to truly understand their needs and motivations - and you can turn incomplete or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • You've shipped in environments where the role wasn't fully defined, and you filled the gaps
  • You're a strategic and principled thinker who knows when to leverage data to inform decisions and when to follow your instincts
  • You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alike
  • You are relentlessly curious - you love to untangle knotty problems, learn new businesses, and play with new technology to see how it works
  • You have an ownership mentality - you run towards fires, roll up your sleeves to pitch in where it's needed, and leave the products and teams you touch better than you found them
  • You communicate with empathy, rigor, and precision
  • You're extremely kind and extremely competitive - you're ambitious and love to win, but you know that doesn't matter if you're not first and foremost a good person to those around you
  • You're excited about how AI can help people lean into their humanity

What We Offer
  • Some of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people be the best versions of themselves
  • Working alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kind
  • Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States
  • Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies
