Full Job Description
As Sr. Product Manager II, you'll be responsible for aligning platform capabilities with Army recruiting objectives, driving innovation through Salesforce and AI-enabled technologies, and ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical digital services.

The Salesforce Product Lead will provide technical and management leadership across multiple workstreams, working directly with Army senior leaders, program managers, technical teams, and contractor personnel. The successful candidate will establish product strategy, guide implementation priorities, direct resources, and ensure platform enhancements deliver measurable mission value.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver high-value Salesforce capabilities that improve recruiting operations.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions that reduce administrative workload and increase recruiter efficiency.
  • Establish a clear and actionable product roadmap aligned with Army priorities.
  • Improve stakeholder satisfaction through responsive and transparent product leadership.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through enhanced reporting and analytics.
  • Support the Army's digital transformation efforts by modernizing recruiting processes and technology platforms.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex technology programs, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation initiatives. Or
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product leadership, program management, or a related leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading SaaS and Low Code/No Code products and enterprise platform initiatives.
  • Experience supporting federal government, Department of Defense (DoD), or Army programs.
  • Proven ability to provide technical and management leadership across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience engaging with senior government officials, executive stakeholders, and client leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and iterative delivery practices.
  • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, governance processes, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, administration, integrations, reporting, and enterprise solution delivery.
  • Experience gathering, prioritizing, and translating business requirements into actionable product capabilities.
  • Proven success managing competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing executive briefings, technical presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to leverage data, metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous platform improvement and mission outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in stakeholder engagement, change management, business process transformation, and organizational adoption initiatives.

SALARY RANGE: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
