About the role:

We are searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment looking to solve complex problems with sophisticated and innovative solutions. Within the Global Sales & Services Technology (GSST) teams, we are transforming how the Account Team associates engage clients, drive productivity, and accelerate growth. We build and evolve technology products that enable critical sales workflows and empower associates to achieve greater impact through data, automation, and AI-driven innovation.

This individual will combine strong business acumen, customer empathy, technology expertise, and strategic thinking to define product vision, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the product roadmap, ensure priorities align with Gartner business goals and deliver meaningful value to sales associates.
  • Customer-Centered Product Management: Develop a deep understanding of user needs and workflows to create solutions that simplify work and improve productivity.
  • Product Ownership & Delivery: Own the product backlog and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features from concept through launch.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data, feedback, and business outcomes to prioritize investments, measure success, and continuously improve products.
  • Change Leadership & Adoption: Lead product adoption efforts by partnering on communications, training, and change management to maximize business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence and align stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive decisions and deliver successful outcomes.


What you'll be responsible for:
  • Understanding user workflows, simplifying complex processes, leveraging emerging technologies, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that create meaningful value for Gartner associates and clients.
  • Ensuring the visibility and evolution of licensed user products, entitlements and more across the Account Team.
  • Prioritizing projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team's long-term goals and strategy.
  • Collaborating with the scrum team to design, build, launch, and assess features.


What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5-7 years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Technology, Consulting, Operations, or related experience.
  • Experience owning business-critical technology products from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Experience supporting business processes on enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and partnering closely with Scrum teams.
  • Experience driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and product adoption efforts.
  • Experience using AI features is beneficial.
