Full Job Description
We9re looking for a senior-level Product Manager to own execution across our Customer Experience Technology (CXT) portfolio. This role is for a builder and operator who thrives on complex, cross-platform delivery, Tier-1 customer commitments, and end-to-end accountability. You9ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, driving outcomes that directly impact national restaurant and retail customers.
This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You9ll Do
ulOwn end-to-end execution across customer-facing platforms (McLane360), APIs/integrations, and strategic onboarding programs
ulServe as the single execution authority across multiple concurrent Tier-1 customer initiatives
ulDrive alignment across Engineering, Transportation, Order Processing, and Sales
ulLead intake to PI readiness, backlog health, dependency mapping, and release sequencing
ulRun prioritization and sequencing sessions across competing programs
ulLead Agile PAD governance and delivery accountability
ulManage onboarding for new and expanding strategic customers
ulMaintain real-time visibility into risks, blockers, and delivery status for senior leadership
ulGovern vendor and partner delivery against integration milestones
What We9re Looking For
ulBachelor9s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
ul7+ years of product or program management experience in complex, enterprise environments
ulProven ownership of large, cross platform customer or integration programs
ulStrong Agile delivery, PI planning, and backlog management expertise
ulExperience working with APIs, integrations, and customer facing digital platforms
ulExceptional stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
ulThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
