To plan and execute qualification and reliability program for a range of new and existing products for the customer, ensuring both on time development and production qualityPrincipal Accountabilities: ï¿¿ Analyse product development and enhancement requests and create functional and technical specificationsï¿¿ Design products as per defined specifications Manage incidents in production environment for product related issues Optimize product performance through techniques like FIFO, multi queue, counter, stack and memory blockï¿¿ Minimize fix on fix, increase test coverage and improve product development processesï¿¿ Review product development metrics and ensure all issues are resolved within SLAsï¿¿ Contribute to knowledge base by developing reusable components, best practices followed and lesson learnt document
