Work hours: 8am to 5pm EST, M-F

Overview

Responsible foridentifying, analyzing, andoptimizingoperational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements,monitoroutcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.

Education

  • Bachelors degreeREQUIRED

  • Masters degree preferred

Certification/License:

  • Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) highly preferred

Experience

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $105,185.60 - $167,003.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
