Meet the team:

We are currently looking for a Sr Process Engineer! Join a diverse and dynamic team of manufacturing process and equipment engineers and get your hands dirty supporting a mix of manual and highly automated equipment.

As a Sr Process Engineer, you will bring together mechanical, systems, electrical measurement, robotics, software, UX and data informatics to deliver a sustainable manufacturing process and build high-tech medical device products on a global scale.

Where you come in:
  • You will lead cross functional teams in structured problem solving and statistical data analysis to solve problems through root cause understanding
  • Will be hands on with equipment that ranges from manually operated equipment to advanced manufacturing machine automation to investigate and troubleshoot issues
  • You will design improvements for equipment and manufacturing processes that will improve product quality, increase productivity, and reduce costs
  • Perform equipment and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure equipment meets specifications, performance, regulatory, and business requirements
  • You will collaborate across groups including Regulatory, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Process Engineering to bring the best possible experience to Dexcom patients
  • Write instructions and provide training and coaching to technicians and operations on best practices, new and existing procedures
  • You will be part of a diverse and multicultural organization that works with a global team that has members from around the world

Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.

Travel Required:
  • 5-15%
