Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for the detailed design of RF circuits and overall product design
- Provide technical inputs to Proposals
- Provide technical Product support
- Resolve Technical issues which span programs and products
- Collaborate and effectively communicate while acting as the technical lead for development programs and production products and mentoring engineers
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturing
- Experience managing projects and mentoring other engineers
- Experience of acting as senior design engineer and technical architect for complex RF/Microwave Module product development such as:
- frequency converters, switch matrixes, amplifiers and limiters
- Expertise troubleshooting RF/Microwave, analog, digital, and mixed signal circuits
- Expertise with RF/Microwave test equipment
- Expertise using RF simulation software (Microwave Office, ADS, HFSS)
- Experience with failure analysis/Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
- Experience transferring new designs to production
- This position requires you to have an active government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- CAD tools (Cadance Allego or similar)
