DescriptionNorthrop Grumman's Corporate Chief Information Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking an innovative Information Systems Project Manager in our Baltimore, MD (BWI) location who will oversee and manage program tools, processes, and workflows. This motivated individual will serve as the liaison between various IT, Cyber, Industrial Security, and Engineering stakeholders while managing integrated product team and program management initiatives. The selected candidate will possess leadership skills, experience navigating through technical strategies, and thrive in an agile, fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, and collaborative team settings across all levels.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Ensure all projects follow project management best practices by developing project plans, timelines, budgets, progress status, and ensure all projects are on schedule, on budget, with high quality or have a corrective action plan.
- Conduct analysis on business performance and generate artifacts and reports for program management staff and other senior leaders.
- Support asset management, financial management, change management, service desk, innovation, and customer satisfaction and procurement.
- Assist CIDO staff in following project management best practices.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate meetings and lead discussions across cross-functional and integrated product teams.
Basic Qualifications:- Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
- Applicants must have an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, or must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) in order to be considered; the required security clearance must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
- The selected candidate will be required to obtain a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance within a period of time as determined by customer and/or program requirements; maintaining a SAP/SAR clearance will be a condition of continued employment.
- Proven project management experience including planning, scheduling, and budgets.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience using the following MS Office Suite tools: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement experience.
- Candidate should have familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or liaison interfacings for large enterprise organizations.
- Must have experience supporting strategic direction regarding IT products, processes, applications, and/or technologies
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or Network Engineering (or similar STEM related discipline) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Northrop Grumman business, government customers, and government programs.
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts, processes, and tools.
- Ability to perform risk and opportunity analysis and prepare detailed cost and technical proposal estimates.
- Experience with Agile based practices and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Results-oriented team player, with the ability to handle a rapidly changing set of projects and priorities while maintaining a strong professional presence.
- Customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills, along with an ability to collaborate in a matrix organization.
- Broad background in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity requirements, Business Applications, and IT operations.
- Familiarity with the Mission Systems business, government customers, and programs is a plus.

Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
