Our Austin, TX office currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Pricing Analyst, U.S. Revenue Management within our Global Strategic Pricing & Commercial Effectiveness group.

This role will support pricing strategy, deal execution, and commercial performance management for the Electrophysiology and Left Atrial Appendage businesses in the United States. This role sits at the center of pricing strategy, field execution, customer engagement, and performance reporting.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to be close to the business and actively contribute to commercial decision-making. The person in this role will be expected to move between strategic analysis and day-to-day execution, including pricing recommendations and strategy, deal desk support, customer visit preparation, field team partnership, and senior leadership reporting.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, flexible, responsive, and willing to jump where needed. This role requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. It is best suited for someone who is energized by solving business problems, supporting field teams, and helping make pricing decisions clearer, faster, and more effective.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze price, volume, product mix, customer mix, discounting, rebates, and contract performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and support pricing frameworks, deal guardrails, and approval recommendations that balance growth, profitability, market access, and compliance.
  • Partner with commercial leaders to evaluate pricing actions for strategic accounts, health systems, and regional opportunities.

Deal Desk and Pricing Execution
  • Serve as a key pricing partner for deal desk support, including customer pricing requests, contract renewals, program evaluations, and strategic proposals.
  • Review deals and provide recommendations that are clear, timely, and aligned with business strategy.
  • Support customer-facing pricing discussions when needed, including preparation for customer visits, business reviews, and strategic negotiations.
  • Help field teams understand available pricing options, program structures, and approval requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to make pricing execution faster, clearer, and more effective.
  • Build trust with field partners by being responsive, objective, and solution oriented.
  • Balance field urgency with sound pricing discipline and appropriate governance.

Performance Reporting and Business Insights
  • Own recurring performance reporting for senior leadership and field teams, including deal desk execution performance, pricing trends, discounting behavior, program performance, and revenue management insights.
  • Prepare executive-level summaries, dashboards, and presentations that highlight what is working, what is changing, and where action is needed.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks or opportunities early.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Contracting, Legal, Compliance, and other business partners.
  • Help connect pricing strategy with commercial execution and financial outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly across different levels of the organization, from field representatives to senior leaders.
  • Influence without direct authority by using facts, sound judgment, and strong relationships.
