We're hiring a
Process Engineer or Senior Process Engineer to lead
thermoforming process development and optimization-from concept through full-scale production.
What You'll Do- Own equipment performance, process capability, and troubleshooting
- Lead thermoforming process development and scale-up
- Improve cycle time, yield, scrap, and reliability
- Support new product launches and process validation
- Partner with tooling, operations, and quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring- Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, or similar processes
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D, and CI tools
- Ability to analyze equipment, materials, and process variation
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and specs
Education & Experience:- Senior: Bachelor's + 6+ years (or Associate's + 12+ years)
- Mid/Associate levels also considered
