  • Develop and maintain automations and scripts to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to support data pipelines and system interoperability

Stakeholder Solutioning & Delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, gather requirements, and support solutions that address planning, reporting, and operational needs
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable implementations
  • Deliver enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and data accuracy

Platform Support & Operations
  • Provide system administration and ongoing support for Airtable-based tools, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Troubleshoot data, automation, and integration issues across workflows
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency, and compliance across solutions

Reporting & Insights Enablement
  • Develop and maintain Airtable-based reporting layers and interfaces to support operational and executive decision-making
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and operational indicators
  • Support the creation of materials that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, tooling, and data processes
  • Contribute to the implementation of standards, documentation, and scalable practices for solution delivery

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and implementing data-driven tools and workflows
  • Strong understanding of planning, portfolio, or delivery operations environments
  • Proficiency in data modeling, process design, and system thinking
  • Advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets and complex data manipulation
