Job Title: Senior Planning Associate

Location: Dallas, TX (Primarily On-Site)

Compensation: 85k-110k base + ~10% annual bonus

About the Role:

A growing wealth management firm in Dallas is hiring a Senior Planning Associate to lead the planning process for a team of four advisors. This person will drive all meeting preparation, develop planning recommendations, and sit in on complex client conversations.

In addition to being the planning lead, this role has the potential to evolve into-or immediately include-servicing responsibilities for a select group of client relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable both behind the scenes and in a client-facing capacity.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality planning and contributing directly to the client experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
