Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of planning experience in heavy civil mega projects.
• Proven experience in planning and scheduling complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment with a focus on accountability.
• Expertise in project planning and scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and TILOS.
• Knowledge of SAP, Hard Dollar, PowerBI, and Synchro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate the project work scope into the total project plan.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules throughout the project life cycle.
• Create key scheduling requirements such as bespoke coding and project calendars.
• Support resource planning and conduct resource requirement forecasts based on analysis.
• Analyze construction operations' productivity and verify findings accordingly.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards for project status updates.
• Manage schedule changes and forecast project impacts while implementing corrective actions.
