Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid Flexibility Available)

We're looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst to help transform how our People & Culture organization operates. This is more than an HR systems role• it's an opportunity to architect scalable workflows, automate manual processes, build meaningful analytics, and create the technology foundation that supports every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Your Impact
  • Design, configure, and optimize People systems that improve efficiency, data quality, and employee experiences across the employee lifecycle
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, workflow automations, dashboards, reporting, and system enhancements
  • Configure and improve platforms supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, learning, compliance, performance management, succession planning, engagement, and bonus planning
  • Evaluate opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation, integrations, low-code solutions, and emerging HR technologies
  • Build and maintain dashboards, executive scorecards, People analytics, and operational reporting that support workforce planning and business decision-making
  • Design future-state workflows by mapping current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing scalable operating models
  • Develop SOPs, process maps, governance documentation, system inventories, data dictionaries, and technical documentation that improve organizational sustainability
  • Support testing, implementations, integrations, upgrades, and change management initiatives while driving user adoption and continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR technology vendors, IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and well-governed People technology solutions
  • Help shape Vacatia's long-term People Technology roadmap through innovation, automation, and continuous process improvement

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology, People systems, workflow automation, business systems, process improvement, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated success translating business problems into scalable, documented, and sustainable technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, employee data, performance management, learning, compliance, talent management, and reporting
  • Experience administering HRIS (UKG, Paylocity, Workday, ADP or similar), ATS (ClearCompany or similar), LMS, workflow automation platforms, reporting tools, and Google Workspace
  • Advanced spreadsheet expertise with complex formulas, structured datasets, reporting automation, and data validation
  • Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, data migration, testing, and change management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and systems-thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend scalable improvements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • A proactive mindset focused on operational excellence, automation, governance, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience supporting multi-entity organizations, hospitality, distributed workforces, acquisitions, or high-growth businesses
  • Experience designing integrations across multiple HR systems and enterprise platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, automation governance, and emerging HR technology trends
