Sr. Partner - Technology Advisory

Job Description

Client Advisory
• Lead on client engagements to drive AI/Agentic led business transformation - incl. business case, process redesign, Tech and AI solutions, implementing the transformation to rotate the process being AI-first process, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges. Deep expertise in either a function (such as Supply chain, F&A, etc.) or industry.• Guide clients in reimagining their AI and data strategies, with a hyper focus on generating new business value, leveraging AI services, and optimizing enterprise structures.
• Ability to lead and articulate recommendations for C-level executives with a good capability in storytelling.

AI Solution Leadership
• Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.
• Ensure the integration of AI services into clients' technology frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Drive responsible AI practices including model risk, explainability, and compliance.

Strategic and Business Leadership
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with accountability for growth
• Define and shape new offerings, go-to-market campaigns
• Build and lead high-performing teams of AI strategy consultants, data scientists and AI Architects
• Establish AI-first operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Innovation and Thought Leadership
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI, enterprise architecture, and related technologies.
• Promote and drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the consulting practice.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other events, establishing thought leadership in enterprise architecture.
