Summary:

Anaconda is seeking a talented Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience and apply it to the world of generative AI and the partner ecosystem.

As part of the Partner Marketing team, you'll own co-marketing strategy and execution with Anaconda's most strategic technology partners. You'll work across product, demand generation, and partnerships to drive joint pipeline and deepen partner relationships, bringing both strategic vision and hands-on execution to every program you run.

What You'll Do:
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market programs with hyperscaler and platform partners (Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake) that position Anaconda as the trusted foundation for AI-native development Drive coordinated field alignment, co-sell motions, and partner-led pipeline, not just co-branded content.
  • Integrate partners into Anaconda-led campaigns by partnering closely with cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring partner presence amplifies our mission.
  • Work with Anaconda's partner team to identify and capture market development funds from hyperscaler and platform partners, securing the resources needed to meet their ambitious co-marketing program requirements at scale.
  • Shape joint GTM messaging with partners, translating complex AI development, orchestration, and security capabilities into compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences.
  • Track and measure performance of co-marketing activities, sharing learnings with the team to continuously improve ROI across the partner portfolio.
  • Develop partner-specific sales enablement that helps Anaconda's sales teams leverage existing partner presence at target enterprise accounts, giving reps the tools and positioning to expand access, accelerate deals, and uncover new opportunities alongside partners like AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, and NVIDIA.

Your impact will be measured through:

  • Pipeline generated through partner co-marketing programs, measured by partner deal registration and influenced revenue.
  • Campaign performance across joint marketing activities, measured by conversion rates and ROI.
  • MDF secured from hyperscaler and platform partners, measured by total funds captured and percentage deployed against joint program goals.
  • Partner marketing program adoption by Anaconda's sales team, measured by enablement utilization and partner-influenced pipeline in target enterprise accounts.
What You Need:
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of partner or alliance marketing programs.
  • Experience working with Hyperscalers and/or Alliance partnerships; deep experience with AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure required.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted partner, marketing efforts, including use of Claude, CoWork, and other agent technologies. Comfort, leveraging, AI agents to work across productivity platforms, marketing and sales tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience working as part of a global marketing team with execution across different regions.
  • Proven ability to influence and guide partner marketing leadership teams to align on objectives and deliver against joint plans.
  • Experience shaping joint GTM messaging with partners and measuring ROI through an indirect business model.
  • Superb organization and project management skills; ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.

The base salary range for this role is $102,500 - $151,000 for US-based team members outside of New York City and San Francisco, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
