Full Job Description
*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA; New York, NY; or Herndon, VA. This is not a remote role. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Reporting into the Sr Manager, Digital Media Operations and Performance, you'll be responsible for developing scalable frameworks and performance management standards to ensure success for a portfolio of awareness, consideration, and conversion strategies through the entire campaign lifecycle of planning, execution, and optimization. A successful candidate will be an established professional of the digital media space, with a proven track record for innovative media execution and a data-driven testing approach.

WHAT YOU'LL DO IN YOUR ROLE
  • Shape T-Mobile's paid social strategy across Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Reddit, balancing business objectives, audience strategy, and platform best practices
  • Develop and maintain channel frameworks for pacing, performance management, optimization, and test-and-learn to maximize ROI
  • Lead advanced performance diagnostics, synthesizing signal across MMM, incrementality, platform attribution, and other measurement inputs to build coherent narratives and identify causal factors
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to campaign managers on evaluating performance risks, optimization opportunities, and investment decisions
  • Translate channel learnings and best practices into education, guidance, and scalable resources for campaign managers and enterprise stakeholders
  • Partner with analytics and ad tech teams to ensure measurement integrity and define reporting and dashboard requirements to shift team focus from assembling data to interpreting insights and driving action


THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • 7+ years of digital advertising experience, whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform, directly managing and/or overseeing paid social execution
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting
  • A data-driven and testing-first mindset with proven success in analyzing campaign performance data to drive incremental gains towards business KPIs
  • Strong understanding of the paid social platform landscape and ad tech industry
  • Dedicated, hard-working, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, resilient, creative, positive, confident under pressure, strong attention to detail with a relentless focus on quality. Be the calm amidst the chaos
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environment
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent is required.


Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $117,360 - $211,680

National Base Pay Range: $97,800 - $176,400

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
