Sr. Operations AnalystSenior Operations Analyst Our client, a rapidly growing multi-site healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team. This role serves as a strategic partner to operational leadership, leveraging data and analytics to drive business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support key decision-making initiatives across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary analytical resource and trusted advisor for multiple operational leadership teams.
- Analyze and interpret financial, operational, and performance data across multiple business locations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to support strategic initiatives and operational goals.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers to help improve business results.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and predictive insights.
- Build and maintain reporting solutions that improve efficiency and support informed decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Assist in developing best practices and scalable processes across a multi-location environment.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Planful, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Preferred Experience - Experience supporting multi-location organizations, including healthcare, veterinary, retail, franchise, or other distributed operations environments.
- Experience working closely with operational leadership teams and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial performance metrics, forecasting, and operational reporting.
