Job DescriptionSr. Office Engineer Manager in Valencia, CaliforniaResponsibilities- Provide support and be a liaison between internal departments and Project Manager to manage such matters as grant funding reporting, Program Management reporting, and other coordination needed with staff.
- Provide support and be a liaison between Project Manager and Vendor/Contract Management to facilitate task orders, change orders, requisitions, and other matters handled through Primavera Unifier.
- Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager's duties related to other assigned responsibilities, executive meetings, and board required reporting.
- Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager's interactions with field staff.
- Coordinate, manage, and assist Caltrans Oversight Engineer in the prioritization, follow up, and any technical support required for timely response.
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Unifier, and the Microsoft Office Suite of products to provide support for all functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with highway construction highly preferred
- Proven track record of effective communication within team and with stakeholders.
- Experienced user of relevant software and tools.
- Computer literate with deep experience in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to teach and/or tutor staff in the use of Office applications.
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant's qualifications, education, experience and work location.
