Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and governance of solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on model-driven applications, Dataverse architecture, and enterprise platform strategy.

This role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, and leadership in data migration, supporting scalable, secure implementations across enterprise and federal environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Pages, and experience designing and executing data migration strategies from legacy and third-party systems (e.g., Jira, Planner, and other external platforms).

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain model-driven applications using Dataverse and Power Platform best practices.
  • Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Lead solution design and technical architecture for Power Platform implementations.
  • Define and enforce data models, relationships, security roles, and governance standards within Dataverse.
  • Lead data migration and data architecture efforts, including:
  • Designing data models and mapping strategies from legacy and third-party systems

  • Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services, middleware).

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and contract requirements.
