As a Sr. Manager of Talent Support, you will play a critical role in supporting the VP of Talent team. This role supports strategic HR initiatives/projects from development through successful execution. The role also plays a key role in maintaining the organization's culture i.e., ensuring HR programs reinforce the organization's mission, vision, and values.

How You Will Impact Education

Instruction/Education Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of special HR projects from end to end, communicate recommendations and drive outcomes with various stakeholders e.g., new orientation program.
  • Manage the company's employee recognition programs.
  • Supervise the execution of the company's culture engagement survey ensuring robust communication and action planning across the company.
  • Thoughtfully contribute to the design of program rollouts through a change management lens. Assist in developing appropriate, compelling materials to communicate, advance and/or advocate for various HR initiatives.
  • Monitors project progress, drafting and distributing periodic progress reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist and communicate with the HR leadership team in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation.
  • Serves as a liaison with departments heads to ensure that HR goals are met.

  • Fluent in change management strategies and best practice; proven success in implementing change across an organization.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant or related experience and/or training.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • A genuine interest in education and providing education services.
  • Demonstrates responsibility in a self-directed manner.
  • May perform other duties assigned.
