Job Overview

As the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Modernization, you will spearhead critical end-to-end program management efforts that define and drive the next phase of modernization initiatives within our supply chain operations. This leadership role involves comprehensive responsibility for scoping projects, constructing robust business cases, prioritizing initiatives amidst competing demands, activating resource plans, and securing cross-functional alignment and executive approvals across various domains including HIPS, PLM, and CapEng.

In this strategic position, you will wield your advanced subject matter expertise to steer complex initiatives that enhance divisional performance and inform enterprise-wide planning. By partnering extensively across product development, operations, commercial, and finance teams, you will address multifaceted challenges to ensure cohesion and alignment with overarching organizational goals. You will be responsible for rigorously analyzing operational and financial impacts, identifying value chain trade-offs, and delivering insights that empower informed strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain full ownership of the integrated roadmap for Supply Chain Modernization, ensuring all milestones, dependencies, and business cases are clearly defined and consistently tracked.
  • Effectively communicate program priorities, progress, and impact across diverse functions and to senior leadership, including updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Supply Chain Leadership Team (LT), and Board of Directors.
  • Lead prioritization efforts and manage trade-offs to optimize project pacing, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to sequence initiatives in light of capacity limitations and mitigate conflicts.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases that quantify value creation, align investments, and detail resourcing plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee governance structures and escalation protocols designed to maintain transparency and promptly resolve execution obstacles, coordinating initiatives across HIPS and PLM frameworks and instituting regular monitoring and risk escalation processes.


The role navigates a broad landscape of interdependent changes involving capital expenditures, production planning, and innovation. Success depends on managing resource constraints skillfully, ensuring timely sequencing of work, and applying rigorous governance and communication to address trade-offs and risks swiftly.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating workshops to prioritize data-driven initiatives, managing execution roadmaps with strategic oversight, and fostering collaboration to sustain project momentum and organizational alignment.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Education, Experience, and Competencies Required:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in strategy, project management, or supply chain are advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: Between 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in commercial, supply chain, digital transformation, or strategic roles within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consulting environments. Proven success in leading complex, multi-functional projects is essential.

    • Expertise in program and portfolio management with a demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated workplans, manage dependencies, and drive key decision-making processes.
    • Fluency in governance frameworks to ensure disciplined execution through stage-gate processes.
    • Capacity to distill complex, multi-stream initiatives into clear, actionable executive-level communications outlining decisions, risks, and next steps.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain and leverage extensive fact bases, including SKU-level analyses and capacity constraints, to inform sequencing and resourcing strategies.
    • Deep understanding of end-to-end value chain dynamics, with experience analyzing data and processes to diagnose opportunities, design solutions, and quantify value creation potential.
