We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: PMO Senior Manager - Data Governance & Methodolgy Lead. The PMO Data Governance & Methodology Lead plays a critical role as part of our PMO team and will partner with various stakeholder groups within the Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend program to strategize, plan, and deliver all aspects of Methodology, Data, KPIs and Scorecards. This role is uniquely positioned to power world-class data and analytics technologies that enable end-to-end data management, operational and advanced analytics capabilities.

Summary

  • Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.


  • Oversees the delivery of projects that mature or improve cross-functional development processes.


  • Identifies, defines, and implements cross-functional projects and programs.


  • Leads and mentors multiple direct reports, who typically manage task orders under a program level to grow the program leadership team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.


  • Oversees and motivates project team members to deliver project objectives by assessing resource needs, removing barriers to success, and providing constructive feedback when needed.


  • Communicates direction in ongoing strategic rationale for projects and for the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of projects.


  • Establishes processes to analyze, measure, and track project results, reports on progress, and optimizes program processes.


  • Ensures governance compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the department and its operations.


  • Facilitates risk assessments, drives informed decision-making, and ensures the resolution of critical issues.


  • Manages aspects of team operations (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance) and ensures achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.


  • Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
