Your role:
The Senior Manager, Global Marketing 6 Access is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives and lifecycle management of Baxter's Access portfolio, including new product development, business development, innovation strategy, market expansion, and commercialization planning.
This role serves as the commercial lead for growth opportunities, ensuring alignment between customer needs, market trends, innovation priorities, and business objectives. While supporting innovation and portfolio management activities, the role also plays an active role in customer-facing innovation and business development efforts through direct Voice of Customer (VOC) engagement, market research, competitive intelligence, and opportunity assessment.
What you'll be doing:
Represent the Voice of Customer throughout product development, defining product requirements, commercialization plans, and validating solutions through customer engagement.
Partner with R&D to advance innovation projects, develop business cases, and support investment decisions.
Drive global product launches and evaluate adjacent market, portfolio expansion, and growth opportunities.
Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies, including market entry, partnership, acquisition, and licensing assessments.
Provide commercial leadership across the product lifecycle, including sustaining initiatives, portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization, and cost improvement efforts.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and regional customer needs to inform strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams across commercial, R&D, regulatory, quality, and supply chain functions to drive accountability and successful execution of growth programs.
What You 2ll Bring:
Bachelor 2s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, business development, strategy, or related functions
Proven track record leading innovation, commercialization, and new product initiatives
Strong strategic, analytical, and business case development skills with portfolio management experience
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment
Passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes, with the ability to inspire teams and partners
Medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience preferred; ability to travel domestically and globally (10-20%) as needed

The estimated base salary for this position is $144,00.00 to $198,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
