The Acute Therapies business focuses on patients who experience life-threatening organ failure In the intensive care unit (ICU), clinicians can use our extracorporeal support systems to deliver their choice of organ support.

What you'll be doing
  • You will join a high-performing global team supporting Vantive's $850M Global Acute Therapies portfolio
  • Responsible for supporting the Global Business of therapy related disposables and vascular access products
  • Conduct market and product research to validate and support marketing strategy
  • Develop marketing plans, training, and promotional pieces for the specific portfolio disposables
  • Work closely with key cross functional partners, including strategy team, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical and regional marketing to gain organization alignment for product and therapy
  • Develop value proposition and claims needed for market differentiation that optimizes the product portfolio offering to enhance profitability & sustainability
  • Develop foundational tools and materials to support consistent, aligned, and on-brand promotion
  • Interface with global corporate executives such as the Global Business Unit management team, Regional leadership and countries


What you'll bring
  • BS/BA degree required. MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years' marketing experience in the healthcare industry, including Medical Device or Pharma product management expertise
  • Proven skills in strategy, messaging, creative product/program development, portfolio marketing, and product pricing
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders
  • Strong results orientation with solid ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data
  • Strong team player, willing and able to support other team members as needed to achieve project goals
  • Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with leadership, varied teams, peers and client groups

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136 to $180,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
