As a Sr Manufacturing Support Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing manufacturing support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of manufacturing support specialists, ensuring the successful execution of support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all manufacturing support requirements are met.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our manufacturing support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex manufacturing issues, and driving improvements in our support processes. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of manufacturing support specialists to ensure efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing facility
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Provide guidance and support to resolve complex manufacturing issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Create and manage small projects tied to NPD and contract manufacturing support
  • Maintain and create required cross functional training and development for manufacturing processes
