Job Description

As a Sr Materials Management Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be supporting globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand.

You will report directly to our leadership team and you'll work out of our Mississauga, ON location.

In this role, you will support and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.

You will lead the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. You will support work autonomously to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will collaborate among global cross-functional teams to support complex projects.

  • Analyze materials management data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and establish effective procurement plans
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to ensure uninterrupted flow of materials
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure cost effective supply of materials
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency


Qualifications

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Completion of post secondary degree or diploma program.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a supply chain role within a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management.

  • Good knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 in Mississauga, ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
