About the Role

The Marketing Specialist, Revenue Marketing exists to translate revenue marketing priorities into well-managed, executed programs that support commercial sales, pipeline generation, and campaign performance. This role blends marketing execution with project management by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and reporting. The Marketing Specialist, Revenue Marketing ensures campaigns launch on time, stay aligned to business goals, and drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Own project management for integrated revenue marketing campaigns, including intake, timeline development, workback schedules, milestone tracking, risk identification, and follow-through to ensure on-time execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across revenue marketing, sales, content, creative, digital, and external vendors/partners to keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, dependencies, approvals, and launch readiness.
  • Develop clear campaign briefs, project plans, and status updates that translate business objectives into actionable deliverables, ensuring programs are well-scoped and executed consistently.
  • Manage campaign and program deliverables such as content requests, paid media support, syndication activities, publication partnerships, and creative asset workflows to support pipeline and segment marketing goals.
  • Monitor project and campaign performance by maintaining trackers, consolidating updates, and supporting reporting on execution, lead flow, engagement, and contribution to sales and pipeline objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining Monday.com workflows, improving project management processes, documenting best practices, and identifying ways to scale repeatable marketing programs.


Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in revenue, demand, or segment marketing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Experience supporting commercial sales teams in a B2B environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Monday.com.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Familiarity with content paid media, syndication programs, publication partnerships, and creative services management is a plus.
  • Proven project management experience that supports integrated marketing campaigns to support sales and pipeline growth.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.


Location

Current Location: Toronto, Ontario

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 to $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
