PrimeLending is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager. The Senior Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that support Loan Officers, branches, recruiters, and internal departments. This role is responsible for developing the strategy for the organization's marketing platform and ensuring it is effectively utilized in partnership with production teams to drive business growth, sales performance, and brand consistency. This position plays a key role in shaping the overall marketing strategy, managing high-impact campaigns, and leading in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning
  • Partner with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support organizational priorities and sales growth.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and recommend new opportunities, tactics, and initiatives.

Campaign Strategy
  • Develop campaign strategies based on a deep understanding of target audiences, market conditions, and Loan Officer needs.
  • Create and execute data-driven marketing plans designed to increase engagement, lead generation, recruiting, and customer retention.
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns and improve results over time.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to compliance requirements, brand standards, and ethical marketing practices.

Campaign & Project Management
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting a variety of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and develop targeted campaigns for specific audience segments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, project plans, assignments, approvals, testing, and execution.
  • Utilize project management tools and department procedures to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Serve as a player-coach who is comfortable managing projects while also contributing hands-on to implementation, testing, and execution activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine and improve future initiatives.

Marketing Materials & Promotional Support
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, sales tools, and recruiting resources.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner closely with design and content teams to maintain a high standard of quality across all deliverables.
  • Contribute directly to copywriting, creative direction, and design execution as needed.

Budget Management
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and Loan Officer support initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign expenses, track ROI, and recommend budget adjustments to maximize performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize marketing spend.

Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of marketing professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Foster creativity, accountability, and professional growth across the team.
  • Provide guidance and direction on campaign strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Ensure team members understand priorities, expectations, and business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build strong partnerships with teams across production, field marketing, products, training, operations, secondary marketing, technology, joint ventures, legal, and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to ensure a consistent and unified approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with field marketing teams to ensure campaigns effectively support branches, Loan Officers, and recruiting efforts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign strategy, project management, and team leadership.
  • Experience in mortgage, financial services, banking, real estate, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, digital marketing, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, compliance, sales, and operational teams.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems/Salesforce, AI, project management tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong writing, creative direction, and presentation skills.
