We are currently in search of a dynamic and seasoned Channel Marketing Manager to join our team at Cohesity. As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will have a vital role in creating and implementing marketing strategies for our (Alliance, Channel, or Distributor) partners . This position presents a unique opportunity to work alongside an outstanding team and have a meaningful impact on our company's growth.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

• Develop and implement joint marketing plans with (Alliance, Channel, or Distributor) partners to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.
• Proactively build and communicate the Cohesity business proposition to Alliance partners.
• Own and drive the investment, planning, and execution strategy for designated Alliance marketing campaigns.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing investments and share quarterly reports.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• MBA and/or BA/BS with proven channel and/or distributor tech marketing experience.
• Consistent track record to prioritize and complete marketing priorities for each (Alliance, Channel, or Distributor) partner.
• Consistent track record of leading successful, creative, and scalable marketing programs for high-growth companies.
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with implementing integrated social media, digital, and physical/virtual event programs.
• Able to build partner content and joint value propositions.

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
