  • You have a detail-oriented mindset and take pride in building programs that are accurate, scalable, and reliable.
  • You enjoy troubleshooting problems, digging into data, and figuring out why something isn't working, then finding a better way to do it.
  • You're curious about new technology and excited to experiment with AI and automation to improve how marketing teams work.
  • We value people who are collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-moving environment.

At a minimum, you need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing operations or marketing automation, with hands-on experience building and executing programs in Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce, including working with leads, contacts, campaigns, and reporting, and an understanding of how marketing automation and CRM systems work together.
  • Experience managing marketing programs such as email campaigns, nurtures, webinars, events, or other digital programs from setup through execution and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of marketing data, attribution, and funnel management.
