- Coordinate cross-functional implementation workstreams with Client Services, Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and local market teams to remove blockers and maintain alignment against committed launch timelines.
- Manage end-to-end deployment of key regional enablers, including acquirers, processors, fintechs, merchants, and other ecosystem partners, to strengthen Visa Direct readiness and enable market-level scalability.
- Identify infrastructure, technical development, and operational process gaps required to support Visa Direct use cases in priority markets, and drive resolution plans with accountable stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a consistent onboarding governance framework, including implementation playbooks, project plans, risk and dependency tracking, status reporting, issue escalation, and launch-readiness checkpoints.
- Establish a consistent project management practice for the end-to-end client onboarding journey and support the roll out of these best practices within local teams
- Serve as a Visa Direct subject matter expert for clients and internal teams, providing guidance on solution options, implementation sequencing, processing considerations, operational controls, and post-launch support needs.
- Develop regional views of active onboarding pipelines, deployment status, risks, blockers, and decisions required, and provide concise, executive-ready updates to senior management and regional leadership forums.
- Capture feedback from clients, markets, and functional partners to strengthen Visa Direct onboarding practices, improve repeatability, and inform product, process, and enablement enhancements.
