This role serves as the US Contracting Technology Product Owner within Commercial Technology, accountable for the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of technology products that enable contracting, pricing, and commercial execution for DePuy Synthes. The Senior Manager partners closely with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure contracting solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to business priorities. This position plays a critical role in driving digital enablement, operational efficiency, anddatadrivendecisionmakingacross the US commercial organizationand reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for US contracting technology solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and enterprise priorities.
Partner with Commercial, Contracting, Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technology requirements and user stories.
Lead end0to0 delivery of contracting technology initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and modernization efforts, ensuring quality, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, anddata0driven0decision0makingwhile driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.
Manageprioritization trade0offs across multiple stakeholders while balancing speed, risk, cost, and business impact.
The expected base pay range for this position is $122,000.00 to $211,025.00.
