  • Promote best practices for efficient processes and organizational compliance.

Description

As Funko's Sr. Manager, Total Rewards, you will identify, create, develop, and integrate innovative solutions to enable the People & Culture team and the organization. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that is critical in helping us continue to evolve our culture and drive employee engagement. Through innovative and creative thinking, you will be able to build, develop, and drive initiatives that result in high impact to our employees. In this role you will be responsible for program management, vendor management, policy and strategy, employee communication, cross-functional projects, and more.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead a team responsible for HR Technology, HR Operations, Onboarding, Leaves of Absence, and Compliance.
  • Deliver innovative programming and improvements to deliver against Funko's Vision, supporting a people-focused culture
  • Stay current on regulations and new legislation; ensure all programs and policies remain legally compliant, oversee audits and required filings
  • Develop and implement preventive measures and internal controls to ensure compliance across Total Rewards programs
  • Champion best practices and approaches for efficient process and organizational compliance
  • Create new programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure programs policies, and system procedures focusing on best practices are documented
  • Partner with P&C team members to define, develop, and implement information systems upgrades and/or new systems.
  • Manage program budgets, benchmarking strategies, and vendor relationships.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and at least 6 years of experience and/or training are required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have strong experience coordinating the administration, execution and analysis of a broad range of Total Rewards and HR Technology programs. Pride in program ownership.
  • Experience leading HR Technology systems, UKG experience is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state benefits, leave, and HR laws
  • Strong across-the-board functional HR knowledge including total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance
  • System thinking and strong analytical skills; able to not only work with data but can identify root causes, recognize patterns, and solve complex problems.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence across a wide set of process partners and business stakeholders
  • Successful record of building operational processes and procedures with a focus on continuously improving programs.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to ensure that programs are driven as per plan
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

Funko offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $140,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

This on-site position is based in Everett, WA.
