Sr. Manager, Supply Planning COE – Hybrid

The Job:
As a Sr. Manager, Supply Planning COE, you’ll be part of our Planning team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Support Kinaxis Maestro implementation though the phases of: requirement gathering, design, testing, training, and go live, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Act as a Supply Planning subject matter expert and key contributor to Kinaxis Maestro implementation by providing stakeholders with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, Global/Regional business partners, and an implementation partner to ensure current state business continuity and future-state processes are supported by technology.
- Design and deliver training programs on Kinaxis Maestro and supply planning processes to regional and global teams.
- Participate in change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize the effectiveness and utilization of Kinaxis Maestro.
- Contribute to global Supply Planning improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact and continuous process innovation.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in supply chain planning technology, proactively recommending enhancements to maintain best-in-class capabilities.

- BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of Supply Chain Planning and Project Management experience
- Demonstrated experience contributing to Kinaxis Maestro (formerly Kinaxis Rapid Response) implementations in large, global organizations OR advanced, hands-on expertise with Kinaxis Maestro configuration, optimization, and analytics.
- Deep knowledge of Supply Planning principles, best practices, and systems
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to support decision-making
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-region projects
- Experience in training and change management related to planning systems and processes.
- Flexibility to travel, including internationally, ~20% of the time
- Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey complex ideas in both technical and business language
- Ability to lead, coach, and train peers across global organizations, functions, and levels
- Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and continuous improvement within planning teams
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

The base pay range for this position is $95,600- $153,870 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
