Candidates based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area will be hired in a hybrid capacity and are expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. About The Role:
The Sr. Manager, Strategy 6 Oncology & Multispecialty is an analytical individual contributor role within the strategy team, supportingthe developmentofframeworks, models, and researchthat enable the evaluation and execution of key strategicinitiatives.Initiatives spanbothcommercial segments 6 provider-facing (GPO, specialty distribution, specialty pharmacy, alternate site infusion, practice management) and biopharma-facing (clinical trial site management, real-world evidence, clinicogenomic data) 6 and frequently sit at the intersection between the two, where the segment9s most distinctive strategic questions live.
TheSr. Manager will be expected toindependently and comprehensively develop an analytical model that supports each initiative andcomplete required analysis and research required to enable leadership to make informed decisions and develop a path forward.Taking responsibility for accuracy andcompleteness,the senior managerwill be expectedtobring their own thoughts and perspectives tothe analyticalprocess to ensureeffective evaluation ofinitiatives.
What Youll Do:
Strategic Analysis & Insight
Build rigorous fact basesincludingon market structureand trending, competitor strategies and economics, practiceand providersegmentation,commercialization opportunities,and biopharma demand across both the provider-facing and biopharma-facing franchises.
Specialty Value Chain & Financial Analysis
Build and maintain financial models that translate market shifts 6 reimbursement changes, biosimilar entry, site-of-care dynamics, practice consolidation, biopharma R&D spending shifts 6 into quantified P&L implications, with review from senior team members.
Develop working knowledge of how participants in the specialty care value chain 6 biopharma manufacturers, GPOs, distributors, specialty pharmacies, payers, providers, CROs, and RWE and data companies 6 earn and protect economic value.
Track and analyze regulatory and policy developments 6 340B reform, Medicare Part B drug reimbursement, oncology care model evolution,FDA policy on real-world evidenceas examples 6 and support the assessment of their implications.

Basic Requirements:
7+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or comparable analytically intensive roles.
Exposure to healthcare services, specialty care, life sciences, or health data businesses strongly preferred; genuine interest in the economics of oncology and specialty care is essential.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Specialty Care Curiosity:Demonstrates genuine intellectual curiosity about how practice economics, specialty distribution and pharmacy, and biopharma services actually work 6 and is building working fluency in them.
