Job DescriptionJob OverviewThe Senior Manager, Strategy plays a key role in supporting and driving cross-functional strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver profitable growth. In this role, they lead analytical efforts, provide insights to inform decision-making, and assist with developing strategic narratives for senior stakeholders. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a connector to identify opportunities and align initiatives with enterprise objectives.
What You Will DoAnalytical Leadership:- Lead research and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives.
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to develop actionable recommendations for business challenges.
Strategic Narrative Development:- Create and refine presentations and documents that clearly communicate strategic recommendations to senior leaders and the board.
- Ensure all materials are backed by strong data and insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Partner with senior leaders and teams across functions to identify synergies and opportunities for alignment.
- Act as a connector between teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring consistency in strategic execution.
Initiative Tracking & Reporting:- Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, gather feedback, and refine strategies to improve execution.
Change Agent Support:- Support senior leaders in driving organizational change by helping to influence and align stakeholders.
Mentorship & Development:- Mentor team members and take responsibility for the development and onboarding of new team members.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Who You Are- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. MBA preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- This role involves performing essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems. Responsibilities include the ability to access and review written and electronic information, and to move within the work environment and interact with workplace materials as needed to carry out job responsibilities.
