Reporting to: SVP, Strategic Integration & Operations

A little bit about our team:

The Warner Chappell Global Strategic Integration and Operations team is a small but mighty team focused on delivering and implementing business objectives. Working closely with our global leaders, we are responsible for driving and embedding our global business strategy.

Your role:

As a Senior Manager, Strategic Integration & Operations, you will play a central role in shaping and executing WCM's global strategy. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment across global teams.

This role requires a highly strategic, operationally-minded individual who is comfortable working across executive stakeholders, managing complex projects, and driving tangible business outcomes. You will have broad visibility across the organization and a unique vantage point into how a global music publishing company operates.

Here you'll get to:

Strategy & Leadership
  • Help define and evolve the strategic roadmap for the SI&O team and broader WCM organization
  • Support WCM's Co-Chairs (CEO & COO) in aligning global teams to company priorities and key initiatives
  • Act as a connective tissue across regions and functions, ensuring alignment and information flow.

Program & Project Management
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g., global platform rollouts, partnership strategies, and new business opportunities)
  • Oversee prioritization and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams

Executive Communications & Board Materials
  • Support the development of quarterly board materials, including drafting narratives, building presentations, and preparing executive talking points
  • Support preparation for annual global Business Reviews and other key executive forums
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment across all executive communications

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across the business
  • Conduct root cause analysis on complex challenges and implement scalable solutions
  • Partner with technology and data teams to drive adoption of tools and systems that support business objectives

About you:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field (music industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
  • Experience using AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT)
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate research, synthesize information, and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will bring not only familiarity, but active, creative application of these tools.
  • Expertise in google slides / google suite.
  • Able to work with complex data sets and communicate key findings in the format that best serves the audience, whether that's a verbal briefing, a visual summary, or written narrative.
  • Energized by system-level problem-solving and able to find meaning in incremental progress.
  • Comfortable operating in long-cycle projects without losing momentum or focus.
  • Experience working in small, generalist teams where resourcefulness and adaptability matter as much as expertise.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and materials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across teams.
  • Tech- and data-savvy, with an interest in how systems and tools can scale impact.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate business needs.

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-OnsiteSalary Range: $85k - $100k AnnuallySalary ranges are included for job postings where required by law.
