All About the Role:The Senior Manager, Spare Parts is a strategic business leader responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability for Electrolux North America's $100M+ Spare Parts business. This role owns the end-to-end parts strategy, balancing revenue, margin, availability, and service enablement across a complex and high-value portfolio.
This leader will shape the multi-year roadmap, optimize lifecycle performance, and strengthen Electrolux's position as a trusted ownership and service partner. Success requires a strong P&L mindset, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional influence, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the Spare Parts strategic roadmap, including revenue growth, profitability, and long-term portfolio health.
- Lead new parts introduction and lifecycle management, including assortment optimization, substitutions, and obsolescence planning.
- Define and execute the distribution and availability strategy to ensure optimal inventory positioning, service levels, and channel performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Service) to ensure speed, accuracy, readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage consumer, service, and performance data to identify and scale new monetization opportunities across the ownership lifecycle.
- Drive initiatives that enhance D2C and trade partner experience, including improved parts findability, content, and conversion.
- Steward P&L inputs, balancing growth, cost-to-serve, and operational performance to maximize margin.
- Lead, coach, and develop domestic and offshore teams responsible for parts creation, lifecycle execution, and business performance.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in product management, category management, supply chain strategy, or aftermarket services
- Proven P&L ownership with strong analytical, financial, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Demonstrated experience defining and executing growth strategies within a complex, cross-functional, or global environment
- Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams and driving results through influence in a matrixed organization
- Proven ability to present complex business strategies and insights to senior or executive leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed to support business and cross-functional initiatives.
