Your Role at Baxter
The Sr. Manager, Commercial Enablement serves as a strategic connector between Global Service and commercial business partners, including Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Product Management. This role translates customer insights and business priorities into differentiated service strategies, offerings, and operational plans that strengthen Baxter’s value proposition and enhance the customer experience.
This position requires strong cross-functional leadership, the ability to influence without authority, and experience driving alignment across complex, global organizations.
This is a hybrid roe base in our Skaneateles, NY office.
What You’ll Be Doing:Act as the primary liaison between Global Service and FLC business partners, including Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Product Management
Translate FLC business priorities and customer insights into service strategies, offerings, and operational plans that strengthen FLC’s value proposition.
Facilitate governance and cross‑functional working teams that bring together Service, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, and Field Operations.
Establish and maintain governance processes that ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across teams.
Build the bridge between Global Service, Service Engineering, and FLC Commercial teams—ensuring service capabilities align with commercial strategies and deliver clear, differentiated value to customers.
Partner with the Service and FLC Commercial teams to define and evolve service offerings for the FLC portfolio—spanning installation, maintenance, connectivity, remote support, education, and product lifecycle solutions.
Influence service‑related pricing, packaging, and value propositions.
Facilitate service readiness for new product introductions, ensuring field teams are equipped with the tools, training, and documentation needed for seamless execution.
Drive continuous improvement across service performance and customer experience metrics.
What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Service, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Project Management or Product/Portfolio Management — preferably within medical devices or healthcare.
Proven ability to lead across functions and influence without authority in a complex, matrix environment, navigating diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.

The estimated pay range for this position is $136,000-$187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
