Total Rewards: Benefits/Incentive InformationJOB DESCRIPTIONGENERAL FUNCTION The Lead Business Systems Analyst analyzes, documents, and defines system design and architecture for warehouse management systems. This role leads functional teams on small to medium projects, gathers and documents business requirements, configures systems to meet needs, partners with technical teams to address gaps, evaluates vendor technologies, develops workflows and standards, and conducts R&D with internal and external partners.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions in WM and PP modules, including:
- WM/PP master data setup
- Radio Frequency warehouse processes
- SAP-MES integration using IDOCs/BAPIs
- Inventory management and invoice verification configuration
- Functional specs for ABAP development
- Data uploads using LSMW and Batch Input tools
- Provide SAP expertise for production and warehouse processes in a discrete manufacturing environment.
- Build strong relationships with business teams and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain understanding of interactions with other SAP modules (MM, LE, Finance).
- Support the full Solution Development Lifecycle: requirements, documentation, QA, training, implementation, and support.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs.
- Test system changes/enhancements to confirm alignment with requirements and no negative impacts.
- Resolve daily technology questions and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Communicate issues, risks, and updates to cross-functional teams and management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- BS in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of SAP WM/PP experience
- Knowledge of warehouse and materials management in high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with:
- WM/PP Master Data
- Transfer Requirements
- Posting Changes
- Replenishment
- Physical Inventory & cycle counting
- Inventory Management
- Production order management & confirmation
- Month-end closing
- ABAP specification creation
- Ability to independently take processes from design to deployment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Collaborative team player with positive attitude
• Ability to work with custom solutions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of SAP IS-AFS
- Exposure to SAP MES solution
- Experience with 3rd Party Logistics
- Knowledge of ABAP programming/debugging
Pay Range: 128,385.62 - 171,901.23
