The Senior Manager, Sales Planning is responsible for building and executing the forecasting and scenario planning processes that translate brand strategy into actionable sales targets. This role partners closely with the rest of the Performance & Marketing Analytics team, along with key cross functional partners within our category and execution business, and serves as a key contributor to marketing, finance, and field planning cycles.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with sharp business judgment, communicates clearly across functions, and thrives in a fast-paced QSR environment. This person is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity to deliver accurate, decision-ready forecasts on a weekly cadence.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in

What You'll Do:
Performance Analytics & Executive Reporting- Support brand-level performance reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis of sales, traffic, check, and product mix.
- Conduct variance analysis versus plan, prior year, and key initiatives, identifying root causes and translating findings into clear implications for cross-functional partners.
- Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards, ensuring consistent metric definitions and clear data storytelling across the organization.
- Translate analytical findings into concise, decision-oriented insights for marketing, finance, and field teams.
Sales Planning & Forecasting - Lead the end-to-end sales forecasting process, including daily, monthly, and annual sales forecasts, target setting, and channel distribution.
- Develop scenario planning frameworks to assess upside, downside, and risk-based outcomes tied to initiatives, and marketing calendar changes.
- Own forecast accuracy, continuously refining methodologies based on performance drivers, seasonality, and external factors.
- Prepare and deliver leadership presentations that clearly articulate forecast assumptions, risks, and recommended actions.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in marketing, digital, or sales planning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Data Visualization tools (Tableau), SQL, and statistical analysis.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, finance, and operations functions.
- Industry experience in retail, food service, or QSR is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
