About the Role
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep QNXT expertise to champion our TriZetto products and solutions in front of current clients and new prospects. This highly visible role requires a strategic communicator who can combine deep product knowledge with strong healthcare payer industry expertise to deliver compelling, business-focused demonstrations. Success in this role goes beyond product knowledge. We are looking for a professional who excels at storytelling through demonstrations, translating complex client challenges into meaningful solution narratives that showcase how TriZetto products solve real business problems and deliver measurable value.

Location - Remote. The position is open to qualified applicants across the United States.

In this role, you will:
• Demonstrate the value of TriZetto Solutions to current clients and new prospects.
• Translate prospects' business requirements into demonstrable use cases that highlight the flexibility and functionality of TriZetto offerings.
• Maintain deep, current expertise on TriZetto's features, functionality, and roadmap.
• Serve as engagement lead for multi-product demonstrations, cultivating strong working relationships with Sales and Product House teams to ensure the right offerings are proposed and demonstrated.
• Act as a key point of contact, accountable for developing and submitting responses to RFIs/RFPs for new opportunities.
• Mentor and support the growth and knowledge development of Associates.

What you need to have to be considered:
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a technology discipline (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• 7+ years of related experience in the Healthcare Industry, ideally within Healthcare Insurance
• Experience with TriZetto software and solutions is a plus.
• Experience with QNXT required.
• Ability to understand customer requirements, business goals, and competitive pressures - and translate them into solution use cases.
• Comfortable partnering with Sales teams to ensure the right products are proposed and demonstrated based on client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
• Ability to engage confidently in business, technical, and product roadmap conversations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $132,000.00 - $150,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
