- Provide cross-functional leadership on performance of account portfolio of the Chamberlain Group's retail customers; discover and address customer needs; generate and develop new business opportunities across regional, national and international accounts
- Support Chamberlain Group's Retail Sales tactics in partnership with their respective cross functional team members; Regularly review progress against account plans and adjust where needed to achieve annual goals
- Ensure teams' achievement of sales goals and targets; ensure teams' alignment and understanding of business plans and provide coaching to improve performance
- Analyze account opportunities and performance; discover and address customer needs; generate and develop new business opportunities
- Improve sales performance of current product and service portfolio; collaborate with product management to assist with customized solutions and future product enhancements based on customer feedback
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external decision makers
- Understand competitive landscape and help drive tactics to maintain competitive edge based on research performed by the sales teams
- Collaborate across functions to optimize merchandising, promotions, training and forecasting
- Provide coaching on customer training at retail trade shows and events
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Education/Certifications:Experience:- 8+ years in business-to-business retail sales management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Other:- Able to travel up to 40% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license%
Preferred QualificationsEducation/Certifications:- Master's of Business Administration preferred
The pay range for this position is $141,368.00 - $232,932.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
