What You Will Be Doing- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and budgets to meet and exceed sales goals
- Review and authorize sales agreements, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment
- Occasionally engage in direct sales activities with priority accounts
- Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to direct reports to optimize their performance and growth
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects the company's core values
- Take full ownership of your assigned district, including market share growth, financial performance, safety, sales, and strategic development of your business segment
What We Are Looking For- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 8 years related experience.
- Must have an understanding of the business impact of sales contracts and selling expenses.
- Must be able to manage the work of team members to optimize performance.
- Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
- Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Requires substantial industry and product knowledge.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
What We OfferCompensation: The total compensation range for this position is
$200,640 - $263,340 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 75% base salary and 25% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months.
The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase.
This is a remote-based position, with a preference for candidates residing in the posted location or the surrounding region.
